In these dance workshops we will nurture the imagination of the body. Working with the breath, touch and connectivity within the body and into the ground we will open to a state of authenticity and presence. Drawing from elements of Laban Movement Analysis / choreological practice we will explore the expressivity arising from sensation and intention. Through partnering, solo time and group work we will play with initiating and responding, witnessing and being seen and move towards improvised choreography.
