About Amy Prendergast
I lecture in CIT Cork School of Music on the BA Theatre and Drama Studies and I have over 20 years experience of teaching and facilitating.
Things that I have been playing with and researching that may inform material in class: ease, spaciousness, delight, presence, alignment, vibration, listening, connection and presence.
