The Firkin Crane

Benefits

Firkin Crane will work in partnership with each artist in tailoring the residency to the needs of the project, subject to the resources available.

Firkin Crane will provide:

Studio space for two weeks: (residency times will depend on availability of studio space at any given time)

• Technical support and advice from Firkin Crane’s staff

• Self-catering accommodation for up to 2 members of each project where appropriate

• Access to the Firkin Crane’s growing video and film archive/library

Artists will need to cover their own travel and subsistence costs, and Firkin Crane are happy to provide letters of support for applications to other sources of funding.

Project proposals with more than two members are welcome but applicants will need to be able to cover the cost of extra accommodation themselves.
