The Stage of My Mind will explore the idea of self-estrangement - a modern concept created by the inability to self-soothe, constantly searching outside oneself to self-soothe, through media images, the busy pace of life, stimulation abuse (drugs, tv, alcohol, internet) and emotional turmoil; etc.

Founded in 2000 by Jane Kellaghan, CruX is Cork’s leading contemporary dance group. It is the first such company in Cork to receive Arts Council funding for its artistic programme and a national tour.
