Stage of My Mind

Tickets: €12 /10 Concessions The new work showcases a cast of six international professional dancers, three Irish choreographers, Irish writer Breda Dooley and video artist Jacqueline Galvin, resulting in a rich, multicultural integration of perspectives, experiences and approaches.

Dancers: Jane Kellaghan, Ursula Chapman, Myong Hee Yamamoto, Diego Cosignani, Samon Presland, Micheal Johnson & Matthew Morris.

The Stage of My Mind will explore the idea of self-estrangement - a modern concept created by the inability to self-soothe, constantly searching outside oneself to self-soothe, through media images, the busy pace of life, stimulation abuse (drugs, tv, alcohol, internet) and emotional turmoil; etc.

CruX is resident professional contemporary dance company at the Firkin Crane.
