Tickets: €200 This course is a practical, enjoyable and confidence-building introduction to the craft of acting and improvisation. This is is the Gaiety's most popular summer course and is led by experienced professionals, who will establish a strong and supportive group dynamic from which the key aspects of the craft of acting are explored.

The course is useful for those who wish to expand their general communication skills. No previous acting experience is required - only a willingness to participate.

Stella Majewski, Artistic Director of the Gaiety School of Acting, Cork, was trained at the acclaimed Institute for Acting in Bochum, Germany and has worked as an actor, director and teacher across Europe. Since arriving in Ireland she has specialised in theatre directing, completing a Masters in UCD.
