Ursula has continued training in NYC and Amsterdam, continually discovering interesting ways to move.

having worked as a dancer, teacher, model, artist, research assist, lighting assist and over the last 5yrs as a reiki practioner, i am now drawn to combine my knowledge on movement and spiritual work. with 'Blank canvas' and the firkin crane i have the opportunity to investigate our subtle energies and awareness of it as we move, to release tensions and stress in the body while grounding the mind.
i would like to thank 'Blank canvas' for giving me the space to do this"!.x ,
