Iseli-Chiodi Dance Company

Jazmin Chiodi (Argentina) and Alexandre Iseli, (Switzerland) both with a long career as dance company interpreters, are now resident artists for South Tipperary Dance Residency where they created Me seeing You, their first piece under the name Iseli-Chiodi Dance Company. The piece was premiered in Ireland in May 2009, and toured in Korea, Mexico and Venezuela, as well as in Terryglass and Cashel Arts Festivals.

South Tipperary Council and The Tipperary Excel Centre commissioned the company’s new piece in which they begin a collaboration with Colombian videoist Catalina Fernandez. Jazmin and Alex like to mirror recorded images with the real performance, not as a way to enhance or emphasize, but to question and reveal.
