With two terms per year and 18 weeks per term, Cork School of Dance offers a progressive curriculum in ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary dance for students from 3 years of age in a caring safe environment under the direction of Principal and Artistic Director, Sinéad Murphy.
At Cork School of Dance, dance is taught with a sense of fun and enjoyment while encouraging every pupil to realise their full potential. Our students are encouraged to believe in themselves and whatever aspirations and dreams they may have. We aim to build confidence and creativity and to instill positive values and life skills.
Students are encouraged to participate in school events, our acclaimed shows and they are also prepared and entered for ISTD ballet, modern and jazz exams and RAD ballet exams.
Former students of the school are now training in professional dance colleges abroad.
